Elizabeth Banks has a flattering short, curly, and wavy side-parted hairdo with high volume for her dyed blonde hair with highlights.

This style looks very similar to Jessica Alba's haircut in the same hair color (see sidebar link). The difference is Jessica's hair wasn't as dried looking and it was slightly neater. Jessica's haircut received significantly higher ratings than Elizabeth's.
