Miley Cyrus, young teen star of Hannah Montana, where she is known as Miley Stewart, makes a big impact with her very long sexy wavy hairstyle. She has added a creative touch: dark highlights and a dramatic streak of blonde hair.

Miley has scored the highest ratings for her hair so far in 2007: four stars. She had convincingly outscored the competition the previous day, as many teen girls voted to say they wanted to see a pic of her hairstyle more than anyone else's.

Adults agree Miley has amazing hair. "She embodies every pre-teen's fantasy," wrote Jeanne McDowell in Time magazine, "a cool 13-year-old with great hair and a secret life as a pop star."

On her hit Disney show, Miley "leads a normal life by day but at night dons a blonde wig to perform as a famous pop star (Hannah)."
