Amanda Bynes is becoming more of an LA girl. Living and working in the blonde capital of America, she has had a haircolor makeover, and looks very different, color-wise, from last year.

Amanda posed for the cameras in front of a large brunette Hilary Duff picture in her little black dress at the 9th Annual Young Hollywood Awards with long layered blonde hair.

She has a fast simple style with waves and curls. Notice how the layers start at her chin; it looks cute or playful and is a popular layering style now.
