2007 is a big year for Mandy Moore with her new CD (Wild Hope) and a few new movies.
Here she is at the License To Wed premiere in Los Angeles wearing long hair and a long green dress.
Although Katie Holmes has gone from long to short hair in 2007, Mandy Moore has gone in the opposite direction; but perhaps for the same reason: to be taken more seriously. This is a more mature look for Mandy and she is trying to break out of the old teen image.
It's an extreme makeover compared to her short hairstyles for years, and it's the first time we've seen her with this golden brown haircolor.
Before she was her natural brunette color and then blonde. Here she matches her eyeshadow and lipstick with her hair color.

"She loves big, sexy hair that's still loose," says her stylist Colleen Conway of LA's Bungalow Salon. For the look they showed, which is similar to the above picture, Conway applied Kerastase Lait Nutri-Sculpt plus Bumble and Bumble Thickening Spray to her wet hair.
After blowing it smooth with a round brush, People explained, she added waves with a big-barrel curling iron. Then she set ends with pin curls and velcro rollers for ten minutes. She finished with Sebastian hair spray, teasing the crown and underneath for volume.
