2007 is a big year for Mandy Moore with her new CD (Wild Hope) and a few new movies.

Here she is at the License To Wed premiere in Los Angeles wearing long hair and a long green dress.

Although Katie Holmes has gone from long to short hair in 2007, Mandy Moore has gone in the opposite direction; but perhaps for the same reason: to be taken more seriously. This is a more mature look for Mandy and she is trying to break out of the old teen image.

It's an extreme makeover compared to her short hairstyles for years, and it's the first time we've seen her with this golden brown haircolor.

Before she was her natural brunette color and then blonde. Here she matches her eyeshadow and lipstick with her hair color.

From the looks of things, Mandy Moore is wearing hair extensions in this photo. (She has worn extensions in the past, too.)

In any event, this big sexy center-parted hairstyle with huge soft waves after a serious blowout gives Mandy the Hollywood goddess look that could win her new fans.
