[+] Melissa Leo (50) has one of the best hairstyles of 2011. Her medium magic must also be her top pick of all time! It's miles above what she had two years ago (and similar to the awesome design of Faith Hill in 2010). Melissa may have taken herself to the next level of five-star glamour after a huge career success (Oscar). It's brilliant in every aspect of cutting and styling from top to bottom. The color adds warmth making her appear more personable and approachable.
Andrea Canning (40?). Technically it could be classified as a mid-length bob, but the "center of gravity" is too low and/or the weight is too great. She needs layers to deal with that from about half-way down if not higher. Andrea has beautiful eyes but her head is a little big, so she has to be more careful with her style choices. This reporter definitely needs a haircut. It should be reduced in classic fashion to a short bob (which is evidently what it was before she grew it out) if nothing else catches her fancy.
