[+] Hilary Duff (23) looks 18 again with long bangs and blonde extensions. But she enhances her more sophisticated image with glamorous highlights and two lowlights. Their prominent placement and rich darkness are suspect, but the calibre of her complete haircolor style is high enough to make it effective. There's sort of an Ombre thing going on, too, thanks to the bright extensions. As an added bonus she has drop-dead gorgeous makeup which gives her a lovely peaches-and-cream complexion.
Carrie Underwood (28) loves medium hairstyles and this layered one matches her reputation and our high expectations. Do you like everyday elegance? Notice the playful combination of layers on one side and flips on the other. It's a sweet mix of horizontal and vertical styling.
[+] Chelsea Kane (22) looks cute with her chin-length bob and chunky bang. Fine layers are getting boring; we need more women with a fresh style that has this spiky edge. It is not unlike the hair model's design in a print ad a few years ago. Extra lift at the parting makes it pop perfectly. Chelsea has a fun personality and this youthful haircut fits her to a tee.
