Mandy Moore in Sweet Short Teen Haircut at Kids Choice Awards

Mandy Moore had a new short hairstyle at a Hollywood awards show in '03 when she was 19.

It's sort of a "half-up" short style, but "half" would be an exaggeration. Mandy has some of her hair up, and a few wispy pieces, as well as a little flippy styling.

It's a very cute formal teen look, but perhaps too cutesy and informal for prom. Mandy's hairdo in Chasing Liberty (see sidebar) would be a better prom hairstyle for most girls.
