Hilary Duff seems committed to being a brunette now. She has had brown hair for several months and in 2007 told Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America that she's afraid to go back to blonde.

Hilary added some colorful streaks to her brown hair starting about half way down and going to the end. It creates a catchy and fun fresh look on very dark hair.

With the heavy fringe and dark color the new relaxed-looking Hilary Duff is a radically different sight from previous years.
