Whether or not she deserves all the credit for her hairstyles which she didn't personally design, there's no question Jennifer Aniston deserves a lot of attention for the hot styles she wears. Jen has good taste and she is one of the most consistent inspirations for women everywhere.

Sophisticate's Hairstyle Guide called her a style icon (see inset pics below) and numbered her among other beauty icons. (Farrah and Diana are good choices but calling Reese Witherspoon an icon is stretching it.)

What is Jennifer Aniston's latest hairstyle? It's not a bob, that's for sure. Jen is a long-haired gal at heart, and even though the latest craze is bobs, she's not cutting her hair off any time soon.

She did have a bob herself a few years ago, but didn't care for it, she said, and we can't expect her mind to change. We do hope, however, her hairstylist will create a cool new medium- or long-haired design that will become as hot as the Rachel!
