Isla Fisher in Popular Layered Hairstyle with Cute Thin Braids

Isla Fisher (33) added a pretty, youthful touch to a plain, straight style--using braids! She flattened her layered locks with a ceramic hair straightener--it's stick straight and shiny--and then braided a small or narrow section less than an inch thick positioned a few inches off the parting.

It is discrete in the way it's not so easily visible from the front, but you see it perfectly from the side. Isla has it pinned so it goes straight back and doesn't fall down to the side. It looks cute because there's only one strip of braids. Finally... a modern twist on an old classic. Very nice new idea for teens (and young women).
