Allison Janney followed the biggest celebrity hair trend of 2007 and got a bob haircut for herself.

Like some of the other stars, noticeably Rihanna, Allison's bob has very long bangs which cover her eyebrows and are virtually eyelash-grazing.

The fringe length may seem extreme but actually looks alright in context with Allison's head/face shape.

It's a very simple look, but a few layers make it more interesting. It's definitely a low-maintenance style that busy mature women could enjoy.
