The New Fashionable Hair Accessory Trend Followed by Celebrities

Headbands

"From colorful elastic to skinny plastic, headbands are fall's must-have accessories," says Celebrity Hairstyles magazine.

"Headbands are turning up everywhere this season."

The February 2006 issue of Celebrity Hairstyles features several celebs wearing headbands, including: Brittany Snow; Jaime King; Maria Menounos; Eva Longoria; Ashley Scott; and Maria Bello.

Prices of the featured headbands range from $8.00 to $40.00.

US Weekly disses five celebrities over their choice of headbands ("Hollywood Head Trips," Nov. 14, 2005, p. 120). They have all been arrested by the Fashion Police.

"Stylish or just plain silly?" US asks, rhetorically. "The only thing banding these celebs together: wacky hair accessories!"

Hilary Duff: "Sadly, Hilary arrived 36 years late for Woodstock."

Jessica Simpson: "The headband actually stretches her face to maintain the perma-grin."

Jennifer Lopez: "Less painful than a facelift and just as effective."

Christina Aguilera: "Uh, Christina, Live Strong bracelets go on the wrist."
