Vogue Magazine Reveals Trendy Hair Length for Fall/Winter 2005

Long hair is in vogue. Vogue magazine's October 2005 issue (Paltrow cover) has an entire article ("Rapunzel Calling" by Julie Grau, p. 374) explaining long hair is the trend; the author is a middle-aged woman lusting for long hair, but unsure if she, because of her age and stature, can or should have long hair.

"All the girls want long hair now," says Harry Josh, a hairstylist based in New York and Los Angeles whose clients include Hilary Swank, Lindsay Lohan, and Gisele Bunchen.

"The No. 1 fashion trend for fall hair is hair with length and movement," says Danny Carducci, stylist-owner of Lids Hair Design.
