Shakara Ledard made a splash in Hollywood a few years ago at the premiere of After The Sunset with hot curls.
Shakara's black hair had both blonde and dark brown highlights that together with a few layers or bangs made her look cute, sassy, and sexy.
It's a hot hairdo but it could look even better if the roots were touched up to lower the color contrast with a smoother transition from black to brown.
